Direct Hire posiiton that must sit onsite in Poway 5x days per week

Travel- 1 day per month to Orange County; twice a year to the Bay Area

Hands on 50%; then 50% vendor management, providing direction

Perfect candidate- Senior Admin/ Engineer/ Windows Servers/ Infrastructure/ Microsoft Shop, maybe in a lead before, senior consultant, looking for a lateral or progressive into entry level management. Basically senior level hands on, growth opportunity on the managerial side. As a working manager, lead the IT Infrastructure team of 2 direct reports and 3 indirect reports to perform daily functions

Coming from a Consulting background is ideal

Minimum of five years experience managing Windows servers, software, and hardware in environments

Expert in Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PowerShell, SSO, MDM, Remote Desktop, virtualization, cloud service providers, Apple/iOS, IIS, and WSUS deployments

Then must have networking, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations.
